Spurious APIC interrupt reboots ALIX on 0.10

Hi,

I have just installed voyage 0.10 on my alix 2d2.

After making an AP with the only wireless card I have (ath5k) issuing the following commands the host rebooted stating Spurious APIC interrupt

iw phy phy0 interface add myAcc type __ap
ifconfig myAcc hw ether A4:17:FE:6E:00:53
ifconfig myAcc 192.168.27.1 up

After reading a bit I am disabling APIC via grub2 entry to see if it gets better

apm=force noapic acpi=off pci=noacpi

I am having issues since I upgraded to 0.10 ... I am really thinking to go back to 0.6 :)

Normally, I don't make AP like this but using hostapd.  Is it because you want to run an AP without WEP/WPA?

Actually the network did not have anything to be with the spurious APIC interrupt, and the commands to disable the ACPI are not helping.

Today it happened again in front of my eyes

 22:03:35 up 56 min,  2 users,  load average: 0.21, 0.33, 0.32
cotarelo@voyage:~$ [ 3396.905506] spurious APIC interrupt on CPU#0, should never happen.

I am running voyage 0.10 without any updates, the network configuration is unrelated as the machine now has configured only a network interface.

Also, the last thing I did was increasing the swap and installing deluge.

I dont know exactly what it is but it looks more frecuently since an apt-get install made me install a new kernel thou I am using the default one for voyage 0.10
