Jonny135

When I try to connect a 3G modem (Huawei - K3715) I get this result.
The AT command are correct because before upgrading the exact same config file (/etc/wvdial.conf) was connection without problem. Below some command with the relative output. I hope that someone can help me to find the problem.

Thanks

Re: Wvdial - Modem not responding

I found a solution. The problem started with the upgrade of the kernel for 2.6.x to 4.1.x.

The solution is stopping using wvdial that try to speak directly to the modem via AT cmd.

With the new kernel a new device wwan0 is create and I used this to connect the model. I use the libqmi to configure and send cmd.
